We are looking for an experienced Level 3 person with a commitment to providing high quality care and education for the children attending Little Pippins Pre-school (ages 2.5 -5) and possibly Breakfast Club (ages 3-11).
This in an opportunity to be part of an aspiring pre-school set in a new purpose built building in an idyllic orchard. We have a beautiful outdoors area with plans for a Forest School provision.
You will have a good understanding of the EYFS, effective communication skills and ideally have the flexibility to work between both the Pre-school and Breakfast Club staff teams as needed. On-going professional development and mentoring support, safeguarding and pediatric first aid training will be provided as required.
Qualifications required: Level 3 in Early Years and Childcare or equivalent (or currently training for Level 3), GCSE Grade C in English and Maths.
Hours: Up to 16 hours per week. Term time only, Monday to Friday also flexibility to cover staff absence as required. For Breakfast Club the hours are 8.00am to 9.15am. The Pre-school hours are: 8.45am-12.00noon or 12.15pm-3.30pm.
